You may leave a voice message for any staff member. However, the office will answer the telephone during regular Office hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Reporting Attendances: If you know your child will be away please let the classroom teacher
know or write it in your child's agenda and indicate the reason for the absence.

Or contact the school office prior to 8:45 pm to advise if your child will be absent or late.

If you call the school before 8:00 am please leave a message in the General Mail Box stating child's name and reason for absence.

All children arriving at school late must report to the school office.
