Then turning to his disciples he spoke to them by themselves, ‘Blessed are the eyes that see what you see, for I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see what you see, and never saw it; to hear what you hear, and never heard it.” Luke 10:23 – 24 Daily Health Check

Dear Families,

Happy October! This month, let us focus on gratitude. Years ago, I used to have a gratitude journal. I remember hearing about the practice on Oprah, who I watched all through my high school and university years, and I used to write in one. Now, I do try and remember to show gratitude in my daily prayers. This week I challenge our students to focus on gratitude – stay tuned for an optional bingo card coming home on Monday!

Today your oldest child is bringing home a pamphlet called “Equipped” from the R.C.A.V. to start the conversation in your family on smart Catholic parenting in a sexualized culture. This Sunday is deemed as Safe Haven Sunday. Click here for more information: https://family.rcav.org/safehaven/

Yours In Christ,

Mrs. Maria Fonseca
