• The closing date for Hot Lunch On-line ordering was incorrect in the recent email – the closing date will be Wednesday, February 12^th as there is no school on the 13^th.
• Yo-Yos will be for sale next week as a follow up to the NED show. Please see letter emailed home yesterday with ordering information.
• Please ensure that the photo consent form is sent back to school prior to February 5^th. BC Sports Hall of Fame will be using photos for their website and promotional material. Our school privacy form does not cover them.
• On Thursday Boris Sichon will be doing a student performance at the end of the day, following our day long workshops. Parents are invited to come and watch! If you would like to learn more about Boris, please visit his website at http://sichon.com/
• Please be reminded that school is closed on February 13^th and 14^th due to the Catholic Educator’s Conference.
• In-House Registration Forms were sent home on Monday past.  If you did not receive yours, please contact the school office. The registrations packages are due back to the school office on February 28, 2020.  Please read through the package carefully when you receive it.

• Save-On-Food Gift Cards ($30. $40. $50. & $80. denominations) are available for purchase in the school office, these are made available through the Till-Tape Program and the generosity of the Save-On-Food stores.

TRIVIA NIGHT – MARCH 7^th 2020

• The Fundraising Team is looking for TRIVIA NIGHT kitchen helpers on Saturday, March 7^th 5:00pm – 10:00pm & clean up helpers on Sunday, March 8^th starting at 9:00am. If you would like to volunteer or are in need of extra Parent Participation hours please contact Mrs. Hailey McShane at [email protected] 
• $10.00 donations for the classroom “Trivia Night Themed Baskets” are still being accepted. Thank you for supporting our biggest fundraiser of the year. 
• Trivia Night tickets are available for purchase – take advantage of the early bird discount for one more week!!!
