  • Thank you to everyone who supported our final Holy Childhood collection day.
  • Please make sure you read the information that has been sent out to you regarding regular updates for COVID 19. I will continue to send out pertinent information over the break, including possible school closures. Please take particular note of the following piece of information:

“Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry has asked British Columbians to avoid all non-essential travel outside of Canada. Any B.C. resident who does leave the country is asked to self-isolate for 14 days upon their return. In order to keep our staff and students safe, we will be asking this of any families that are traveling outside of Canada over the Spring Break.”

  • Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unpredictable time. My goal is to keep you informed as updates get sent to me. I understand that there is a lot of information coming to you, however, please take the time to read the information as it is important for all of us to know of developments as they unfold.
  • Report cards went home today with your child. Please make sure to sign and return the Report Card pocket.
  • Track and Field season will be starting after Spring Break – please keep your eyes open for notices from Mr. Seiler and the Track and Field Coaches.
  • A heartfelt welcome to our new principal Mrs. Maria Fonseca, who will assume her duties as principal of St. Patrick’s School in September. A separate announcement was sent home today with more information about Mrs. Fonseca.
  • Wishing all of you a very restful Spring Break, and God willing, I look forward to seeing you all back on March 30th.

Thank you for your continued support.

Yours in Christ,
C. Heah | Principal

St. Patrick’s Day Prayer (March 16, 2020)

May the Strength of God pilot us.
May the Power of God preserve us.
May the Wisdom of God instruct us.
May the Hand of God protect us.
May the Way of God direct us.
May the Shield of God defend us.
May the Host of God guard us.
Against the snares of the evil ones.
Against temptations of the world

May Christ be with us!
May Christ be before us!
May Christ be in us,
Christ be over all!
May Thy Salvation, Lord,
Always be ours,
This day, O Lord, and evermore.
Amen.
