I give you a new commandment: love one another. As I have loved you, so you also should love one another. This is how all will know that you are my disciples if you have love for one another.” John 13: 34-35 Daily Health Check
Friday, May 13th 2022
Dear Families,
I don’t know about you but I feel like we are in fast forward! Now that we can do more “normal” things, our calendars have filled up! My word of the year for 2022 is intention and now I really need to think about removing the unnecessary and make room for the important. I hope that this weekend gives us a bit of a reset and rest.
Our Gospel on Sunday reminds of a very important lesson, “Love one another”. There are no strings. He does not stipulate to love only those who love us, or love only those who are easy to love. He says, “As I have loved you, so you should also love one another.” His love is unconditional for everyone. This is how we will be seen as His disciples. This is how we help build His Kingdom.
Yours In Christ,
Mrs. Maria Fonseca
