  • C.I.S.V.A. Networking Day for teachers – NO SCHOOL
  • 5:00pm – 8:00pm – Paint Night!
  • Operation Christmas Child Shoe Boxes: Next week is collection week! If you would like to participate, please pick up a box from the school along with a pamphlet. Since there is a Pro-D day next Friday, we will be bringing the boxes to the church on both Wednesday and Thursday. If you are unable to bring your a box by Thursday, Nov. 21, you can bring it directly to Maple Ridge Baptist Church on Lougheed and 222nd. They will be collecting up until the end of Sunday (please see their website for exact times). Thank you in advance for your boxes!
  • Thank you to our Parent Support Group for funding the Kindness Project that we are taking part in this year. This week we will be having the second of four sessions on Thursday.
  • The Individual School Photos ordering deadline has now passed; going forward if you still wish to place an order please do it online directly through Life Touch.
  • Christmas Lunch help needed! Our Hot Lunch Team is very small this year, and in order to be able to put on our annual Christmas Lunch (which is a huge endeavour), we are asking for any parents that can help with prep work leading up to the lunch and including the lunch day. Our Christmas lunch will be on December 11th this year. Help is needed on the following days. Please let me know if I can pass your name on to Jen Juhasz for one or more of these days. Thank you in advance for your consideration!

  • Save-On-Food Gift Cards are available for purchase in the school office, these are made available through the Till-Tape Program and the generosity of the Save-On-Food stores. 
  • Paint Night – Friday, Nov. 22nd. Order forms were sent home last week. If you did not receive a copy more order forms are available in the school office. 
  • The Trivia Night Team is getting an early start on the “Themed Classroom Gift Baskets”. Notices were sent home this week asking to send in your $10.00 donation by December 20th. Please mark the donation with your child’s name & grade

From the Parish…
Chocolate Advent calendars are back at the parish office.
Each calendar is $5.00 and they can be purchased in the Parish Office between 9:00am – 4:00pm Mon. – Fri. and after the morning Masses on Sunday.  Credit cards, cash or cheques are accepted. All proceeds from the sales go to supporting the youth of the parish community as they continue to grow in faith!
