Dear Families,
I hope this email finds you well. The C.I.S.V.A. has notified us of changes in our school calendar for June 2021. The last day for students has been moved to June 29, 2021 and for staff June 30, 2021. The change reflects the late start in September (September 8) and is in keeping with ending dates across the province. Please refer to the “Year at a Glance” Calendar on the school website as a few items in June have changed. At this time, it is just a draft copy as there are still some unknowns. We will try our best to adhere to these dates.
Our theme for the next school year is, “Walk with Jesus Our Living Hope”. It is a fitting theme in these trying times, as we turn to our Lord for guidance and reassurance. I look forward to meeting with the community in the fall as I join you as the principal of St. Patrick’s School. Look for news, updates and videos towards the end of summer on the school website to give you and your children an idea on what reopening will look like. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy these summer months with your families. You are in my prayers.
