October Hot Lunch Order Forms

For October we will be bringing in Loz Takos and Kentucky Fried Chicken. We’ve asked both vendors to also provide a dessert option for the children.

For checkbox options, you can select more than one option (so you can select Both a Go Box from KFC + a coleslaw, for example).

Ordering closes promptly on Wednesday, October 7th to give our vendors enough time to prepare our meals. Payments are due to the school no later than Thursday, October 8th.
