On-line Behaviour Guidelines

Dear Parents,

1. Please see the attached important document that requires your attention.

2. IMPORTANT – The Ministry of Education has asked that schools immediately cease the use of the free version of Zoom. The Ministry has purchased an enterprise version of the application that has robust security features not available on the free version of Zoom. As soon as teachers have access to this enterprise version, they will let you know. For now, live Zoom conferencing is halted until further notice. I anticipate that the enterprise version will be available after the Easter weekend.

3. Tomorrow marks the beginning of the Passion. Please take time to look at the stations of the cross video I created for our families (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ch6v2R50C4&t=38s). School is in session tomorrow, but please be reminded that Good Friday and Easter Monday are non- instructional days, and as such there will not be any morning announcements or work assigned by the teachers. Teachers are not expected to respond to emails or connect with students on these days. School will resume on Tuesday, April 14.

4. Thank you for your patience and understanding this week as everyone is trying to sort out various kinks and hiccups with technology. This is new territory for everyone and we are all learning together! The Primary student accounts have been created (thank you Mr. Geary!) and you should be getting these in the next day or two. Mr. Seiler’s P.E. page will be accessible once you have this information.

Have a great day!!

God bless,Clive Heah| Principal
